My latest layout for sale

Here it is! It's a fairies themed double layout done in purple and green. I handmade the three fairies, large tree, butterflies, and mushrooms. I machine stitched the background and the photomats. I used glitter to accent the butterflies and the fairies wings. I also use a lot of flowers and gave the different rhinestone centers. The listing starts on Sunday, March 29 at 8:30 PM EST and ends on April 7, at 8:30 PM EST. Here's a link to the auction.

I'm on a roll...

with digi pages! I recently learned how to digi scrapbook and I really like it. I don't think that it will replace the paper and glue but it's so much fun! Who knew? Well, In the past week or so I've done 4 layouts, one of which is a double layout based off my March sketch. Here they are:

My mom and I at Fairchild last year. Did this for the March Madness Challenge (the LO had to be at least 75% green).

Quick LO using Pencil Lines Sketch 127 and the free kit 'Courage' by Summer Driggs. I also made this for the March Madness Challenge.

LO of my fiance and I on our Engagement photo shoot that we did ourselves. I just love this picture of us! Done with freebies that I've collected over time but can't remember who made them. Done for the ABC Challenge {GHIJ} and March Madness Challenge.

Based on my March Sketch. LO of my fiance's brother's wedding back in 2007. Done with freebies that I've collected over time but can't remember who made them. Done for the Wedding Photo Challenge and the MARCH 2 Page LO Challenge.

Thanks for looking!

...it has been a while

Wow, how time flies! My wedding is only 68 days away!!!
Lets see, I chose the cake, the reception flowers, got a quote for the ceremony flowers, picked up my wedding dress, most of my bridesmaid have their dresses already, booked our honeymoon (although we still need a hotel for the night) and finished making the CDs for the wedding. It looks like we are right on track!

I haven't been selling that many things on eBay lately. It's kind of slow there. However, I'm working on a single page layout titled Mommy and Me. I want to make one for girls and one for boys. Let's see when I actually finish them.

On the other hand, I've been on a roll with my scrapbook pages though. I finished 5 layouts in the past month. Here they are:

The pictures were taken last year when my fiance and I drove 3 hours north just to go kayaking. We had a lot of fun in the trip as well as kayaking.

Done for the February 2 pg LO Challenge and ABC Challenge...{TUVW}
T – Three different fonts. You can have more, but no less.
2 different fonts in the title, one font in the journaling and one in the quote

U – Unoriginal. Scrap lift from a friend or SB magazine anywhere. Just remember to give credit.

scraplifted from Ingvild Bolme

V – Visible adhesive, Diamond Glaze , Crystal Lacquer, or something like those.
the title (at Jupiter) has a layer of Diamond Glaze. I love that stuff!

W – “Wish” use the word wish somewhere on your layout.
quote reads: "Some go to church and wish they were kayaking, Others go kayaking and think of God."

I think I captured nature really well in this one. I absolutely love how this LO turned out!
Just another Kayaking trip that my fiance and I did last summer with our friends. The title and swirls were cut with my pazzles. I doodled dots all around the handmade die cut paper. I used buttons as flower centers and I handmade the 'notebook' paper. I just used some white cardstock, punched some holes and ripped through them with something sharp.

For the MaRcH MaDnEsS! Challenge ~ It Isn't Easy Being Green! ~ and the March Doodle challenge (I doodled black dots around the die cut paper)

The larger flowers are cut with my pazzles, as well as the flourishes. Those flourishes are also hand glittered by me. I love how this BLACK AND WHITE LO turned out!
This is my submission to two challenges:
March (Lack of) Colour Challenge
-color of the month is BLACK and WHITE only

-my take of Sketch number 2:

Everything is scraps but the background cardstock. The flowers I received from a stacked flower swap that I was in some time ago but I can't remember who made them. The little monkey and title were cut with my cuttlebug. The flourish was cut with my pazzles. I was inspired by LaBonita's use of a punch on the scrap papers.

I doodled the circles and the 'stitches' around the torn paper. I used my cuttlebug to emboss the darker paper.
