I had a lot of fun making the background paper for this layout. I used the larger flourish stamp around the edges of a cream cardstock to make a border and then used the script Vintage Life Background Precut Set randomly over the cardstock to give it a vintage feel.

You can see here a close up of the background paper.

I made a few flowers using the Carnation Florals stamps and its matching Spellbinder dies. I also made a few roses and added a few leaves to the cluster. I stamped a flourish and went over it with liquid pearl and turned the stamped image into a bling pearl flourish. Love the touch of elegance this gives the layout!

I hand drew a circle with pencil and added leaves over it to make a wreath. i also added some flowers and pearl dots to the circle.

Here is the step by step write-up for this layout:
Stamp the larger flourish stamp around the edges of a cream cardstock to make a border. Randomly stamp the script Vintage Life Background Precut Set. Distress the edges and adhere unto a brown cardstock. Cut two matching scrap papers to 2”x10”. Distress the edges and layer them over each other on the left side of the page. Die cut a brown Decorative Lace Border and cut out the top part. Adhere the bottom part over the bottom center of the page. Add some white lace over the die cut lace. Place your picture over the strips of layered papers and lace border as shown. Stamp and die cut the carnation flowers. Mold the petals and layer them to make the larger pink flowers. Do the same with the smaller flowers. Make your roses using white cardstock and pink for the center. Die cut a few leaves from the Rose Creations set in two sizes. Stamp the flourish from the Feather Grass Flourish Precut Set around where your cluster will be. Go over the stamped image and place tiny dots over the image to make a bling swirl. Let dry. Arrange the flowers and leaves on the bottom left corners as shown. Stamp leaves from the Classic Bella Rose Precut Set twice. Form a circle of leaves around the picture and add the smaller pink flowers to the circle. Randomly place small liquid pearl dots around the cluster clusters. Stamp the Bella Rose Vintage Background Precut Set stamp a few times and using the Martha Stewart butterfly punch, punch out the butterfly. It will not match the stamped image but will look wonderfully as well. Add these butterflies randomly to the layout. Finally, die cut and emboss a Labels 4 die. Cut one of the sides and add to the right side of the picture. Add your title and place small liquid pearl dots around the die.
