My MIL took this picture of my hubby and I during our first day on the cruise, two weeks ago. It was absolutely gorgeous out there!

I made a bunch of flowers in bright sunset color to bring out the colors int he picture.

I stamped and fuzzy cut this label and added a sweet sentiment on it. The Paper Temptress cardstock are amazing! I love working with them!

Sweet butterfly and flower detail on the right side of the photo.

Another close up of the flowers on the left side of the photo.

Close up of the distressed background. I tucked in the leaves (which I left yellow) in teh peek a boo areas for a pop of color.

Here is the step by step write-up for this project:
Distress a pattern paper from the Sun Kissed Paper Collection using the Distrezz-it-all machine and tear a few peek a boo areas randomly on the layout. Ink all edges and adhere over a white cardstock. Stamp the Vintage Life Background PreCut stamp twice on a cream colored cardstock and distress the edges with the tool and distress ink. Tuck in under the peek a boo areas. Machine stitch around the edges of the whole background. Die cut a half circle using the Decorative Butterfly Corner Die and adhere over the center of the layout. Add your matted photo over it. Tuck in two strips of pattern paper, 1”x10” and 0.75”x11”, under the photo as shown. Stamp and die cut the Bella Rose Leaves PreCut Set out of green cardstock twice. Stamp and die cut a few light green leaves from the Botanical Floral 2 PreCut Set as well. For the flowers, stamp and die cut using the coordinating die 3 sets of the Striped Sun Kissed Fleur out of yellow cardstock. On only one, color the whole set of flowers with Prismacolor pencils in a streak manner as shown, blending the colors with OMS. Leave the rest of the flowers yellow. Layer single blooms to form a full flower, shaping each petal with your fingers and/or embossing tool. Add gala glitz to their centers and let them dry. Stamp and fuzzy cut two butterflies from the Delicate Asters and Butterflies PreCut Set. Color some areas with the red coloring pencil and glimmer mist the whole butterfly with Pearl glimmer mist. Add gala glitz to the butterflies’ bodies. Let them dry as well. Stamp the largest tag from the Sun Kissed Tags & Basket PreCut Set. Color the flowers with the Prismacolor pencils and the leaves with the Tim Holtz marker. Stamp the sentiment right on it and fuzzy cut the whole thing. Slightly ink the edges and add it over the bottom right corner of the photo. To form the cluster, add the leaves, flowers and butterflies around the photo as shown. Finally, tuck in some of the leaves (yellow) from the Striped Sun Kissed Fleur PreCut Set in the peek a boo areas.
