I absolutely love how this layout turned out! The picture was taken last year during Christmas and it's of my little family: my hubby and I and our two dogs.

I heat embossed those gorgeous swirls into the background paper. They add so much dimension to the otherwise simple background!

I made a bunch of flowers using their poinsettia stamp and one-pass die cut. I just can't get enough of this combo! It makes making these flowers a breeze! I also love the new holly leaves. They are so delicate and just a gorgeous addition to any Christmas page!

I cut strips of pattern paper and curled the tips and used it to mat my photo. This technique is so fast but effective! I cut my title using my Pazzles Inspiration. I also stamped directly into the photo one of the sweet circle sentiments.

Here's another view of the whole layout. You can see how much dimension I achieved with my embellies and paper strips!

Here is the step by step write-up for this project:
Heat emboss the Delicate Holly Swirls on all four corners of the background paper with Copper embossing powder. Stamp the flourishes from the Elegant Joy Precut Set on either side of the center of the page. Cut 1.25” strips of 6 different pattern papers and roll both ends and add to the center of the background paper. Add your 6”x4” photo over the strips. Stamp the circle sentiment postage stamp right on your photo. For the flowers, stamp and die cut the Christmas poinsettia Precut Set a few times. Shape each layer individually and layer to form full and different size flowers.  Add dew drops as centers and a circle sentiment as the center to the largest flowers and use a pop dot for dimension. Stamp and die cut a few different size holly leaves and add flowers and leaves around the photo as shown. Die cut a few snowflakes, add a pearl to their center, stickles and add randomly to the layout. Finally, add a title over the top of the photo.
