and here's the card that I made:
I made this card as a Thank You my hubby and I's good friends who threw our baby shower for us. I used the March Swirlydoos Kit and used the Open Vintage Floret PreCut Set and Mini Vintage Floret PreCut Set to make the flowers together with their coordinating dies. I have to say that these are my favorite flowers to make and definitely my favorite flower stamps!
I used the Open Leaf PreCut Set and it's coordinating die to make the leaves. I inked the tip with red and brown Tim Holtz distress ink to give them more dimension.
I added the thank you tag and the wooden piece from the Swirlydoos kit. The background paper is actually the packaging for the tags! I simply cut to size, distressed the edges and added some faux stitching. Finally, for the butterflies, I used the Brookside Manor PreCut Set and it's die. I then added a little bit of glossy accent to their center to give them some dimension.
Thanks for visiting and taking your time to comment on my blog!
