wednesday...Heartfelt Creations

Today I want to share a 5"x7" card that i made using the papers and leaves from the new collection and one of my favorite flowers-the Majestic Blooms, which happen to be retiring at the end of this year so if you like them, get them ASAP before Heartfelt Creations runs out!

Here's my card:

Supplies:
Vintage Morning Background Cling Stamp Set, HCPC-3577
Majestic Blooms Die, HCD1-742
Butterfly Medley Die, HCD1-759
Botanical Wings Cling Stamp Set, HCPC-3652
Everyday Heroes Die, HCD1-761
Regal Borders and Pockets Die, HCD1-779
Blushing Rose Stem Cling Stamp Set, HCPC-3755
Encourage You Cling Stamp Set, HCPC-3758
Blushing Rose Paper Collection, HCDP1-271
Other Materials:
Cuttlebug Die Cutting Machine, StazOn Archival Ink (Jet Black), Rangers Distress Ink (Forest Moss, Stormy Sky, Vintage Photo), rhinestones, embossing tool, Stickles (silver)

Close up of my card:

Here is the step by step write-up for this project:
Trim the brown cardstock to 4.5"x6.5" and die cut the Regal Borders die on the right side. Trim the pattern paper to 4"x6" and die cut the Regal Border on the right side and ink all the edges. Layer over the brown die cut cardstock and place on a 5"x7" card base. Stamp and add color using the Stormy Sky distress ink on the centers of the flowers from the Vintage Morning Background PreCut Set. Die cut and assemble the flowers. Add a rhinestone in each center, silver stickles on the edges and set aside to dry. Stamp the vine from the Blushing Rose Stem Cling Stamp Set on white cardstock and add color using the Forest Moss distress ink. Add to top left side of the card along with the leaves from the Blushing Rose Stem Cling Stamp Set. Stamp the butterfly from the Botanical Wings Cling Stamp Set on purple pattern paper and die cut with it's coordinating die. From the same pattern paper, die cut the the pennant from the Everyday Heroes Die and stamp the Happy Anniversary sentiment from the Encourage You Cling Stamp Set off-centered. Add butterfly to the flower cluster and the sentiment to the bottom right side of the card.

Thanks for stopping by! Remember to go to the Heartfelt Creations BLOG and check out what the other designers made this week! Have a great rest of the week!
