thursday...ScrapThat! August Kit-Layout #2

Good morning everyone! Today I want to share my second layout using the Scrapthat! August Kit "Days to Remember". 

My second layout is of my adorable niece Amy Helen. She is now 7 months old and growing so fast! She was only 3 months old on these pictures taken during Easter 2013.

I used the Main Kit, FAD and EAO for this layout. The doily is from my stash. Her tutu matches perfectly the flowers and papers on this kit!


I used one of the butterflies from the kit "as is" and added a large pearl/rhinestone pendant as the butterfly's body.

I loved the colors in this month's flowers as they matched perfectly with the papers! I added stickles to my flowers on this page to make it extra girly!

I cut up the bird chipboard in half after stamping it with brown archival script stamp and inking the edges with Vintage Photo distress ink. I added the pieces in opposite corners of the layout.

Here is a close up of the second piece of the bird chippie. It's so sweet!
