Challenge #6 is to make a card for a hero to send to a child and use the tic tac toe board below.
I ended up making two children cards, one for a girl and one for a boy.
The girl card:
(Things with wings/Stamping and/or coloring/Using punches or dies)
and the boy card:
(Using punches or dies/Things with wheels/Kid-friendly Embellishments)
I had fun with the boy card and added a little doggy inside the red truck. The door of the truck opens as well :)
Challenge #7 is to use fall colors to make a general themed card and not a Thanksgiving card. I made a thinking of you card and used the emboss resist technique to make my background. I love using this technique and this was my first time doing a Fall card!
Challenge #8 was a fun one as well! The challenge is to use one or more images of a BEE and use a creative BEE sentiment for it!
The 9th and last challenge is to use the negative of a die cut or punch to make a card. I made two for this one! A feminine and masculine version!
Thanks for stopping by my blog again today! I had so much fun during this virtual cardmaking (my first time being involved!) and I'm so happy with the fact that I managed to make 16 cards total!
Wow! You've been busy -- 16 cards! So glad you were able to join this year's party. And, I love the feminine and masculine versions of your cards.
ReplyDeleteThere are two little ones who are going to love your cards 4 kids. (How clever that the truck has a doggie and a door that opens!) Thanks for playing along with the Cards 4 Kids challenge.
You've made some beautiful cards for these challenges! Thank you so much for playing along. What an awesome idea to do both a feminine and a masculine card for each of them!
ReplyDeleteYou're cards are great! I especially love the card with the dog in the truck - very cute! ~Lo
ReplyDeleteThanks for taking my Fall challenge. And you did the Emboss resist too. Isn't it fun? You did an awesome job. I love your stitching too. You probably don't see much Fall color in Orlando. It comes late to Texas too.
