Here's the 4.25"x5.5" step card that I made this month:
This is my first attempt at a step card and I have to say that I'm in love with the technique! It's so easy and looks so elegant that I will for sure be making them more often! Here's a tutorial from Splitcoast Stampers.
I used the butterfly from the Butterfly and Bunny PreCut Set for the front of this card and colored the image with Prismacolor Pencils and used OMS to blend the colors. I stamped the butterfly twice, fussy cut it and layered over the original image with a small foam square to give it dimension.
Here's a close up of the card. Also, even though it looks elegant and big it is still standard A2 size and fits in a regular envelope for shipping.
