Here's my 6'x6" Valentine's Day card for my hubby:
I wanted a romantic but guy friendly card for my hubby for Valentine's Day and this is what i came up with. I distressed the edges and used a few layers of papers and cardstock in brown and blue. I used blues and yellows for my card and added just a few red punched hearts.
I used banners since it's a bit more masculine than circles or ovals for the sentiment. I also made sure to machine stitch all the layers for a little more rugged look. Finally, I added a mini copper brad to each corner to accomplish the masculine look on the card.
These sweet little birds turned out so cute! I'm in love with these new stamps and dies!
Here's another quick look at the details in the front of the card.
Of course, I had to go a step further and do something on the inside as well. I stamped the three birds one more time and colored them to symbolize our family of 3. My hubby loved this little touch!

NOTE: The sentiment stamp is now discontinued.
